I applied through university. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter multiple times and then a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview was fine, the typical questions, asking about Gartner and why I was interested in the position. Then, I sent a thank you note and never received an answer. A few weeks later, I followed up and never heard back. Now, I have received multiple emails from the same recruiter about how they will be on my campus and how I should meet them. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of feedback from my interview, yet the consistent emails from the company. I will not apply here again.
Gartner’s intern selection process involves online application screening, an aptitude or technical assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds assessing skills, problem-solving, communication, and cultural fit before extending the final offer.
Three stage interview, all phone screens. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions regarding technical capabilities, particularly focused on research experience as it relates to the role. I believe there were 4 rounds in total for this position.
I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2025
Interview
very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
