This is a 3 step phone interview process and then if you make it through the third phone interview, they bring you in person. The whole process is a joke. The recruiter does the first 2 interviews and hypes it up and then moves you along to the hiring managers. The hiring managers were extremely condescending and rude. They thought it was negative that I wasn't able to come up with "creative ways" to reach clients. Why would you need to have creative ways to reach clients when this isn't supposed to be a sales position? Shouldn't the clients WANT the services they are paying for? Makes zero sense. They try to throw you off with their questions and then will degrade you at the end of the interview and tell you what you did wrong. I would never want to work for a company like this. The hiring managers both had only been with the company for a short time- what does that tell you? STAY AWAY!
