I had two phone interviews for an Account Manager position in Barcelona,
Very good experience overall. Both interviews ended with a 15 mn role play and the information was sent to me beforehand via email. The recruiter, Roberta Terranova, was great in explaining the company business and job description. I also appreciated that she took the time to give constructive feedback through the hiring process.
very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

Sloppy recruiter

No follow up/lots of time between follow ups

last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
