The interview started out with questions like what qualities are you looking for in a job. A lot of the interview questions were always flipped, what are you really good at and then what are you not good at. Kept asking the same questions just in different format. What other jobs have you been applying for and why, what do you know about the position you are applying for. I felt that the recruiter should have supplied me with more information on the job position rather than me trying to guess the job duties based on the job description on the website. The recruiter was up front about the job being very redundant and if it was worth your time pursuing so that was a plus.
