3 interviews. Final interview with CSM and Senior. Took 2.5 hours. Lots of question that had to be answered with STAR method. I also had to present myself and all my achievement in a form of a PPP

It started with a phone interview and then it was a video call. The star method was required. Everyone is extremely nice, but the process itself is difficult. I only had two inverviews.

Describe a time when you had to manage a difficult client relationship. How did you handle it?
The first phone call was supposed to be a short phone call of 15 minutes, but it ended up being 30 minutes. I thought this to be a good sign but a few days later I found out I wasn’t the right fit.
