HR recruiter was very thorough, then the peer interview was very informative. Moved on to a manager conversation which was very focused on metrics and past experience where I excelled

Focused on past performance - very metric oriented
The position was for a supply chain product line and the interviewer clearly had an internal candidate he wanted to hire. I had multiple interviews all hours of the day and then they flew me to Dallas for the final interview which was clearly set up for failure.
