I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
There were multiple rounds, the first two were recruiters then a panel then a final with the VP. This took a few weeks to a month to go through, and I got to the panel interview before getting rejected. Interviewers looked like they couldn't care less I was talking. They said a member of the recruiting staff would reach out for next steps if there were any. I got an AUTOMATED REJECTION EMAIL AT 1AM ON A SATURDAY. I understand if this had been an application rejection, but for round 3/4 of an interview process this is wildly unacceptable. For someone who invested hours into researching the company for the interview (where they switched up how the interviews were conducted a couple days before the panel interview), this is frustrating and so par for the course in the current job market.

Question 1
Which traits are your strongest based on the key traits gartner looks for and how?
Sloppy recruiter
Unorganized
No follow up/lots of time between follow ups
phone screening and then panel interview via zoom
accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
