Recruiter reached out to me and asked about my experience and sent me official job posting to apply. Took about 2 weeks with me following up consistently for her to set me up for an interview with the department recruiter and after that I was scheduled for another interview. Wasn’t given any guidance or information on whether it would be a technical or behavioral interview. One hour before the interview, recruiter reached out and informed me about the interview and what it would consist of. I had prepared for the complete opposite. Could’ve easily answered the questions if I had prepared adequately and had the recruiter gotten back to me in time. She also promised to give feedback on the interview but never did. Very unorganized and disappointing process. Wish I could give them direct feedback on their hiring process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL)
Interview
Multiple levels of interviews, panel meet and even a test project that felt like I was working for free. A complete waste of time, management talked down to the employees they introduced to me. Very high school bully mindset. Halfway through the assessment, I realized I didn't want that kind of employer and left.

Question 1
tell us a time you were challenged and you overcame a problem
It was a strange interview — it lasted barely 10 minutes. The interviewer explained the position and the company in just two sentences and didn’t ask many questions, other than “Tell me about yourself.”
