Interview
Multiple phases via their Talent Team which included, behavioural / traits questions. You need to answer using the STAR method.
(The Talent Team coach you from the get go and provide plenty of guidance/rubriks etc. There is no guess work involved)
There are a number of stages which include role-play, I participated in one round of role-play, then the role I was IVing for was filled / closed during the process.
Further colour here in Australia; they have an awesome Talent Team. Highly engaged, personable, open and transperant and the coaching through the process is excellent.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you had to show considerable persistence and resiliency?
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
