I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2019
Interview
The recruiter was very proactive in reaching out and updating me. He/she was also helpful in giving tips on what to expect. It was a series of interviews with a defined format. The questions sometimes repeat across different interviewers. Try to change up your answer or provide different information about yourself each time because the answers will be collated into a single profile. What I didn't like about the interview process was that you wouldn't know that the interviewer was not satisfied with your answer. You just learn it from the recruiter that they were looking for something more. You wouldn't have the chance to provide more information to the interviewer because you are generally not be prompted.

2 phone screens and then a loop with multiple team members and 1 partner team member. Interview covered topics like analytics, teamwork, product sense and product design. Interviewers also ask how you might challenge your own ideas. Was placed into team matching but recruiter stopped responding and was never matched with a team.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
