I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Apr 2018
Interview
Online interview that consisted of behavioral and technical questions (but not coding). I did not enjoy the technical questions because while I am a good coder I am not very good with terminology, and I felt like the questions tested that more than my effectiveness as a computer scientist.

Question 1
How could you measure the empire state building on a sunny day?
Very nice interviewer, super polite and on time and asked very good questions. The technical section wasn't really technical it was just asking a couple questions on terminology. Was super conversational and overall had a great experience.
I think they send out an interview to practically everyone who applies, but it's just online with no interviewer, you record yourself speaking. 2 sections, 2 behavioral and 2 technical questions
