J.P. Morgan Management Development Training Program Personal Banker Instore interview questions

The interview was very easy. Asked questions about my strengths and weaknesses. They asked a little about sales but it was hidden in the interview, i should have know that it was a sales job because they sold me the job. I had three interviews. One one the phone with a person from out of state, a phone interview with the district manager and a one on one with the branch manager at my starting branch.
