In the one-on-one Director interview, the structured process included a tailored self-introduction, a detailed walkthrough of my career experiences, and an in-depth discussion of a major professional challenge I overcame. I illustrated my problem-solving approach under pressure. In my case, recruiter/interviewer was professional and kind.
two 30minutes interview sections. I got interviewed by HR and an audit partner. i had 30mi interview with each one. most of question you are asked are related to behavior questions. they did not ask me many questions, sadly.
