Bewerbungsprozess KPMG Audit: Nach der Online-Bewerbung folgt ein kurzes Telefonscreening durch HR. Danach findet ein ca. 1,5-stündiges Gespräch mit einem Partner und einem HR-Vertreter statt. Themen sind Selbstpräsentation, Motivation, klassische HR-Fragen sowie fachliche Fragen zu IFRS, HGB und dem Prüfungsablauf. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt.

Interview
Interview was good. I had an overall good experience with the interview, interviewers were friendly, the process was also relatively straightforward. Half the questions are behavioural and the other test your financial knowledge.
back to back with a senior manager and a partner. all behavioral and and very straightforward. make sure to have different stories prepared from your experiences in school or work
Interview with the usual questions of why did you want to join us and the interviewer also asked questions on practical examples when dealing with particular scenarios. Interviewer also shared on the company’s culture.
