3 rounds of interview. 2 technical and 1 partnerl.. Technical interview consists of 2 guesstimate and a case study.. Partner round was easy.. hr round was just a formality. Interview was in a relaxed environment.. No major pressure
Good questions asked every smooth questions related to ind as 115, 116 , 16 overall difference betweern private equity fund and hedge fund, management fee, impact of management fee on NAV , carry , waterfall calculation
