Interview
I applied online, got digital submission invitation two days after I finished online test, you have three days to prepare for it and it is 120 seconds minimum, 150 seconds maximum
After completing two initial psychometric tests (verbal and numerical), then a two-minute audio submission (answering three questions), I was invited to London to complete an analysis exercise. I was not given much information as to what this would entail.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Austin, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
First round was basic, 30-minute standard behavioral interview, very casual. I would say the interview was more centered on my resume more than anything. I spoke with the interviewer a lot during the networking event the night prior, and I would say our rapport continued on through the interview the next day. Got invited to second round interviews in California. There was another networking event near my school before the second round, which I did not go to. However, KPMG changed their eligibility requirements midway, and my second round interview invitation was cancelled.
