I interviewed with four people, one-on-one, ranging from manager to partner in different rooms, back to back. The questions were mostly behavioral and about my work and leadership experience, and then there was time at the end for me to ask a couple of questions.

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Describe a time you've had to challenge your managers view?
Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.

Molto veloce un colloquio conoscitivo e uno tecnico entrambi molto motivanti e nei quali si viene messi a proprio agio le domande non sono facilissime ma ci si arriva con l'aiuto degli esaminatori
