Two rounds of interviews with multiple people from various groups. If on campus recruiting, the meet and greet sessions are meant to be informal and provide an opportunity to network to get a better feel of the firm, practices, etc.

Question 1
Tell me about a time in which there was direct conflict with your manager/supervisor and how you managed the situation.
Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
