I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Final stage - "Virtual Launchpad" Started with a group assessment where we were given 20 minutes to evaluate the best business strategy for a sustainable coffee company. Then it was a short individual review of how it went and some questions were asked on the hypothetical business case. Lastly there was a partner interview. Why Audit/what do you think the role consists of? Tell me about a time you performed to a high level under pressure. How would you respond to critical feedback after a hardworking day? If a colleague accidentally leaked confidential client information to another client, how would you respond?

I went to the assessment centre which was the last stage in the graduate audit scheme. We first had an assessed group exercise (involving 4 people including yourself). We were given a topic and had to recommend which path KPMG should go down and then a partner interview which lasts around 30/40 mins
Submit an initial application then complete a monitored (video and audio) online assessment (Situational Judgement Test, logical, numerical) and strengths based video recorded interview. Final stage is an assessment centre in person.
