very relaxed setting, 1 on 1 interviews, a lot of who are you questions, go over your resume, leadership questions. Interview is pretty much a process to get to know you as a person. No technical questions.

Very smooth, not may questions of knowledge. Mostly questions about myself and my motivation and future and why i want to join them. Overall a good experince from the interview
