Kearney’s process lasted 3 interviews. It combined structured problem-solving -clarify the issue, analyze data, design fact-based solutions, co-create implementation roadmaps, and sustain impact through measurable results and capability building- and fit questions.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
