Interview
Four, 45 minute interviews on campus. They were mostly conversational. I thought I did really well, but apparently I wasn't a good fit for the position. In currently interviewing for another position within the company though. Make sure you don't use a GMail for your resume because I got called out on it.
Initial manager interview followed by competency and role play. Job spec changed throughout the process with no consistency in what I has been told previously. Interns managing the day, which was disorganised
Interview process was intense but extremely enjoyable. The Microsoft recruitment team were very friendly and made the process smooth which allowed all candidates to perform at their highest potential. Well done Microsoft.

Question 1
Scenario based questions - You get a case study and you need to answer how you would navigate challenges within that case study.
Took about 1 month, 2 rounds of interviews. First a phone screening, followed by final rounds with 3-4 interviewers. Interview was mostly behavioral and job fit questions. Using STAR method really helpful
