Many calls at the beginning, then it was included a program that might assure a hiring process, ending with a 4 hours interview. Where it was a cultural fitting, interview with different IT teams, technical interviews and HR.

They asked me why Morgan Stanley, How I see myself in 5 years. Why the company? Why the field? Describe myself, introduce myself. Ask me about projects and work.

Super day consists of 2 Technicals and 1 behavioural interview.
Test Data Structure & Algo and CS fundamentals. It is a pretty straightforward process, and the interviewers are nice.

Two back to back interviews 45 mins. Asked technical questions about OOP and software development concepts as well as some behavioral. I heard back a few weeks later. Overall smooth interview process and fair.

Hire view interview where they asked 3 questions about new trends in technology, what experiences have readied you for this position. Received two tries per question and time to think about answer, only gave 1.5 minutes to answer each question.
