Two one on one interviews with each of the managers I would be directly reporting to. Very chill, very nice people. A week later called in to perform urine drug test and started immediately after.

Interview
Straightforward, more focus on fit and eagerness than market knowledge. Everyone was kind, interviews were short but I talked to people in various teams. Multiple stages online then I eventually received an offer in person.

Tell me something interesting you read in the news recently
Very structured and almost cold process. All interviews were virtual including my superday, which was just back-to-back Zoom calls with different folks in the division (not the same team). The first interview was a panel and the next two interviews were one-on-one.
