Vague, broad job description and only posted general, fundamental things like being detailed oriented and other typical basic soft skills that any experienced working professional would have acquired after working for several years in tech. Then they just give you the automated ATS rejection email with no consideration and still want to give you false hope by sharing some gaslighting video message.
