The interview process at SAP was great. The interview process was 3-4 virtual panel interview sessions. The first is with HR. You meet different managers/supervisors and other people on the team that you would work with. The questions were great and they are checking for active listening and want examples of how you handled certain situations in previous roles.

I had 3 rounds of interview, the first was a written in which I was asked question related to Concur Product which required just common sense to answer to those questions.
@nd round was the managerial round wherein 2 of the managers from Concur team asked me questions related to my previous job and also gave me scenarios and asked me questions as to how would I handle in such situations, basically they tested my stability within an organisation
