Applied for an accounting internship (Discover Internship Program). Very laid-back, kind, and talkative manager. The questions were easy and only behavioural, related to CV, future goals, education, past experience. No technical knowledge questions.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
