Applied through college process for 8 month accredited internship. I had 1 virtual interview then an in person interview with 2 managers in engineering. Each manager was from a different division so I was almost interviewing for 2 separate roles in the interview

They asked about my experience, what my ideal work environment would be, what I was looking for in the role
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
