VMware IOS Developer interview questions

It took a couple of weeks to set up an interview, but once they got started, they moved pretty quickly. I really liked the people that I interviewed with and I am certain that the sentiment was mutual. I got a verbal confirmation that they were moving forward with the hiring process, and then at the very last second, the moment that I should have been receiving a written offer, as promised, I get a phone call notifying me that they can't hire me because I do not have a college degree. This is all despite my 7+ years experience in the industry. Needless to say, I was devastated. They had this information about me from day one, but still brought me in for a face to face and wanted me to put off another offer that I had in-hand for several days.
