The same Cliched Way, However after all the time wasted and positive feedback from all the panel members, and discussion on rolling out the offer letter they gave me a vague reason and declined the offer. I wouldn't say it was a waste of my time however it gave me a brief insight into the decision-making capacity of the company and the haywire process that was all over the place. It was a blessing that the offer did not go ahead. Thank you.
Before I answer you that, Could you please help me understand why your employees leave such negative feedbacks on Glassdoor? and what have you done to correct it? *The interviewer looks at the other panel member and smiles*
I spoke about my passion revolving around words. I play music, and currently front a band on vocals and guitar. I also have competed in international poetry competitions with people around the world. I discussed my passion for words and how that has helped me in sales. The man thought my answer did not go into detail, because i didn't get lost in the details of my passion like, the man who told him about 'door handles'.
