How have you handled conflicting opinions between group members when working in a team environment?

It’s all about communication and the way you approach the situation. I’ll have a huddle perhaps listening to everyone’s views & opinions to take into consideration. I’ll then point out the major concerns and get everyone to at least agree on one accord. Also, it’s important to let team members know that all concerns are important, make no one feel left out & emphasize on how great of a team I have, small token of appreciation and I’ll gear them with positivity so we can work as a team!
