AI Systems & Automation Intern

At ICHARS, we’re exploring how AI, automation, and digital systems can help mental health professionals scale their impact.

We’re looking for a curious, execution-focused intern who enjoys building, experimenting, and solving problems using modern AI tools. This is not a traditional “developer” role — it’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who likes turning ideas into working systems, streamlining workflows, and learning fast in a highly experimental environment.

You’ll work across AI-powered product building, automation, digital operations, and web systems to help create scalable infrastructure for psychologists, coaches, and mental health initiatives.

What You’ll Work On

AI-Powered Product Building

Use modern AI development platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly prototype internal tools, lightweight web applications, landing pages, and operational systems.

(Examples: Firebase Studio, Google AI Studio, AI-assisted builders, etc.)

Workflow Automation & Systems Design

Build automations that improve efficiency across lead management, onboarding, appointment booking, reporting, and internal operations.

(Examples: Make.com, Zapier, CRM integrations, AI workflows)

Website & Digital Infrastructure

Manage and optimize WordPress-based websites and digital ecosystems for both internal projects and partner psychologists.

(Examples: Elementor, Gutenberg, Stackable, performance optimization, integrations)

UI/UX & AI-Assisted Design

Create wireframes, workflows, and interface concepts using modern AI-powered design tools.

(Examples: Figma AI, Google Stitch, AI design assistants)

Analytics & Growth Optimization

Track website performance, campaign data, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement across digital funnels and user experience.

### Documentation & Knowledge Systems

Create SOPs, tutorials, and internal documentation so systems can be easily adopted and scaled across the organization.

Who We’re Looking For

A Builder Mindset

You enjoy figuring things out, testing tools, and creating practical solutions. You’re comfortable learning independently and experimenting rapidly.

Strong Logical Thinking

You don’t need to be an expert programmer, but you should understand how systems work and be comfortable with structured problem-solving.

Interest in AI & Automation

You actively explore new AI products, workflows, and digital tools — and enjoy applying them to real-world problems.

Preferred Familiarity (Not Mandatory)

Experience

0–1 year. Freshers, students, and self-taught builders with strong proof of work are highly encouraged to apply.
