OnPacts is an early-stage startup building a new way for people to stay consistent with their fitness and personal goals through accountability and structured commitment systems. We are in the early phase of building our product, and we’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join us on this journey.

What You’ll Be Part Of

• Building features of the OnPacts platform from the ground up
• Working on both frontend and backend development
• Helping shape product decisions with technical input and product direction (If interested)
• Creating scalable and clean system architecture
• Iterating quickly with a small, focused team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full stack development experience (Flutter / React / Node.js or similar.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver independently
• Interest in building products that solve real behavioral and fitness problems
• A mindset for experimentation, learning, and building from scratch.

• Don't worry you'll have our developers to guide you if need any help with anything.
