Job Title: Remote Operations Associate

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Operations Associate to support our online recruitment and career-services operations. This is a part-time, contract-based remote role suitable for candidates who are organized, focused, and comfortable working with online platforms, documents, and basic administrative tasks.

The selected candidate will assist with daily online work related to candidate support, document handling, data entry, application coordination, and progress tracking. Full training will be provided for our internal process, tools, and quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently from home, follow instructions carefully, maintain accuracy, and complete assigned tasks within the required timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day online recruitment operations.

Work with basic documents, forms, and online platforms.

Maintain accurate records of completed tasks.

Update trackers and reports as required.

Follow company guidelines and internal procedures.

Communicate daily progress to the manager or team lead.

Complete assigned work with accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Maintain professionalism while handling candidate-related information.

Requirements:

Basic English reading and writing skills.

Good knowledge of internet browsing and online forms.

Ability to use Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic office tools.

Laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail.

Patience, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Quiet work environment preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in data entry, recruitment support, administrative work, back-office operations, or customer support is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, remote, flexible schedule.

Expected workload will be discussed during the interview and training process.

Compensation:

₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, based on performance, consistency, and quality of work.
