Love the flexibility with the work from anywhere policy. Seeing a lot of friends and family including my spouse being forced back into the office, I am deeply thankful for the flexibility this provides me and my family.
Cons
Being moved between projects can be a little disconcerting sometimes.

High Base salary and that's the ONLY Pro
Cons
Less than 10% hitting quota "unlimited pto" is a joke. Managers will call you day and night, weekend and weekdays, and on pto. Chat GPT described my managers communication style as " Directive and Top down - pessimistic and critical - micromanaging and distrusting - gas lighting tendencies- low emotional intelligence.

Being great makes you a victim of being overworked Since the investment firm came in they just layoff people constantly Company feels to be running out of money so bonuses are short - no pay increase etc
