Pros
They have decent pay at $18.25 an hour.
Cons
I went in for training class. My application was expedited just to be able to attend this training class. I received an email stating training attire was a black shirt and black pants or khakis. I wore a black shirt and black jeans. I do not own a pair or khakis. When I arrived at training, I was greeted by an employee named Anthony. We chatted and he said that someone named Christine would come around to collect IDs. When Christine made her way around to me, she told me that she could not allow me to continue on with the class due to me wearing black jeans even though the email never specified that I could NOT wear black jeans. It just said black pants. Anthony told me that he had some khakis in his car. I followed him to his car and he got out the khakis. As soon as we re-entered the building, Christine said that someone would reach out to me to start with another training class. I wasn't even given the opportunity to at least try on the khakis. I think it's very ridiculous to not at LEAST let me try on the pants for this orientation. I don't think that my pants would've hindered my learning on the first day or in general, given that the job is in a call center with no customers. This moment alone told me that the company is absolutely not worth working for.
