Training on the job, many opportunities to learn, smart colleagues, at least in consulting. No much experience in the IT units, that are the core business

Education is preferred to increase of salary. Promotions in the last few years were rare. Sometimes the activities are demanding and work / life balance can be influenced, even if this is not the standard
