Pros
Huge group with a lot of people coming from different countries, cultures and profiles, so interesting to share with... Participation in events is so rich, internal training are great. A lot of clients, different assignments, different jobs and opportunities to grow. Financially ESOP is a good bonus.
Cons
If you want to take advantage of all this, you have to be motivated, willing to contribute. Don't stay hided!
