Pros
Great place to work if you are looking for work life balance. It is a very people oriented organization where they will definitely support you through tough times. Spend 6 months before you actually develop your opinion on this place and you will definitely like it.
Cons
Not many cons but just one improvement area is standardization across the massive business units. In a way, it is a strength of the organization to have multiple cultures within and blossom at the same time but still more strategic standardization and communication will help
