Impossible to move between BUs like AppsOne, AppsTwo Bonus/Variable component paid once in a year RMG is pathetic, they just cant put you into a project, they are puppets in the hands of ADs, directors and BU heads Absolutely no value, to even a 7+ yrs exp guys, if you are on bench
