      Work life balance is not that great but felt better than my previous company experiences...Good Company Values... Good Networking Possibilities...

      Cons

      Policies are not transparent and it keeps changing. Very less Onsite Opportunities, Absence of strong leadership and less self development opportunity .Working hours not Flexible.Appraisal system is very complicated.
