At Capgemini India, we have always endeavored to provide a wide range of benefits to ensure physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing of our colleagues. We offer a variety of benefits across Financial wellness, Workplace and Wellness and Inclusion domains. To give a brief overview, under financial wellness benefits, we have Allowances like Shift and On-call allowances, variety of Tax saving options under Other Allowances and Reimbursements, Additional Financial Assistance programs for medical exigencies as well as Discount Benefits. There are internal audits and benchmarking exercises conducted to provide Benefits to our colleagues at par to the market standards.

Pros

Laidback environment depending which project / manager you’re under. Lots of flexibility. Great entry level role but once you’re a senior it’s hard to move up, request increases etc

Cons

Very slow growth, way underpaid for the industry and work you’re doing, not much autonomy for the type of work you can do, I was a senior on paper but didn’t feel like it since I was always thrown on random projects and don’t have a niche skill set or expertise in a certain area
