Flexible company, good benefits and perks - Director Epsilon Employee Review

Pros

Epsilon as a whole is pretty flexible with work from home, but that benefit varies significantly depending on your department and team. The company has a great match and employee stock program. They also have Employee morale booster events in many of the local offices. The West Chicago office has done a great job to booth employee morale through it's internal Initiate group that hosts holiday parties with gifts, company picnics, a Halloween event and more. Sometimes employees can be very ungrateful for the perks, no matter what they are.

Cons

The environment is very different from the original Aspen company it once was. There are still many long-term employees (many who have been with the company 10+, 15+ and 20+ years) but it's turned into such a large global company that many employees in the office may not even work with others in the building. Very conference call heavy culture. The office culture tends to be quiet without a lot of engagement between others.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
