Cons
Since Stryker bought Physio-Control moral has steadily gone down. Benefits took a huge hit. Health Care plan is now among the worst in the highly competitive Seattle Area. Management team had to fight last year not to have vacation benefits taken away. First they were taken away, then reinstated. R&D seems to be losing value within the company. "Sales Oriented Company", devaluing Engineering , guess who designs and creates the products you sell?
