Pros

Can be good pay* Good brand recognition Remote work when not in hospital, decent work life balance

Cons

They continue to split territories Uncapped $ is true, but once you get to large, expect the territory to be split The cost cuts were starting to be noticed by sales - NASM is dreaded not looked forward to, no mid year meeting, no team events, expenses are gone. All commissions, no expenses, no salary, no computer, nada.

Pros

Direct leader was amazing. Working together efficiently and effectively.

Cons

After dedicating 8 years to Stryker, I was extremely disappointed to learn upon separation that only 40 hours of my accrued PTO would be paid out, despite having accumulated approximately 240 hours. What is most frustrating is that this was never clearly communicated during discussions with HR regarding my departure. Had I known this policy earlier, I could have made different decisions about using my earned time off. Employees invest years of service and should have complete transparency regarding how accrued benefits are handled upon separation. I am sharing this so current employees can educate themselves on the PTO payout policy before making career decisions, as this was an unexpected and costly surprise for me.
