Super dynamic environment constantly keeps you out of comfort zone:) At times if you are moving too fast small mistake leads to the severe consequences but in Uber you are allowed to make a mistake if you able to learn from them.

The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
