      Good Ole Boy Club

      Pros

      Cannot think of any, since the changes that have been implemented by the Good Ole Boy and his cronies.

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging by the upper managers in the district and region. General Managers do not have a say so when it comes to managing their team or hiring. If not approved by the Good Ole Boy then you are ousted by any means they can conjure up. Tenure and loyalty means nothing to them. The company is getting away from diversity if you are of another race. Thanks to the good Ole boys.

      poor management,high turnover

      Pros

      decent pay, you work all year around unlike other refinery freestyle jobs. When you're traveling they cover your transportation in room and they don't pick the cheapest rooms

      Cons

      Like a lot of other people say there is a lot of turnover because management is just terrible. They don't know how to make proper decisions, you're lucky if you get on a job with people that you actually get along with who are decent. A lot of the good people actually stay at the warehouse and refuse to travel because of all the drama and they all say how management does not know how to take care of things.
