Lack of clear job roles and responsibilities Endless amount of trackers to cover for the lack of properly functioning systems. No cohesive systems between manufacturing systems so everything is done with excel spreadsheets. Favoritism and if you’re not one they make it so toxic to push you out. No accountability from leadership who expects everyone else to fix the issues they create, but will dislike any suggestions you make. 10+ hours a day short staffed 0 work life balance.

Path to promotions are not as clear as they could be

lack of further growth possibilities knowledge of local language is a plus

From a brand/advertising standpoint, move slower when embracing new technologies. Can feel slightly political at times when it relates to moving up in the organization.

Can be hard to grow within the company in a sales role. But they are implimenting programs to promote from within.

Limited development opportunities with no clear career progression. Must be in a role for extended period of time to even be considered for next role. Change is constant
