Management can improve. It’s very political.

Difficult processes and hard standards

It might be helpful to have more integrated systems so we don’t have to spend so much time on back-and-forth updates or small manual changes. Sometimes it feels like the information we need is scattered, and it would be great if everything could be accessible in one place.

Management changes over too quickly.

very many toxic coworkers, since its so easy to get in many of the people who have worked here for 10+ years are bitter about that since it used to be very hard to land a job here

Management is not stable. Senior leadership is constantly changing and deeply affects longer tenured employees. This location is not very collaborative between the different departments. Everyone for themselves. There is a lot of fire fighting and priorities change daily.

Talent varies across the organization, slow decision-making.
