    Flexibility and autonomy wrt work, Friday lunch, Friendly folks

    Cons

    Unstable management, outdated technologies, haphazard planning, extremely long project durations, and hardly any new projects

    Value your employees and try to retain talent. Build strong middle management to bring in the necessary order in the company

    Pros

    Only pro - Flexible timings.

    Cons

    Rampant mismanagement and firing culture.
    Recently 30 people were fired in one go.
    No finances and projects left to carry on, will shutdown within 2019.

    Was a heaven at one point of time. No pros at present

    Your future is full of uncertainties. Could be a great turn around or could be waiting for doomsday.

    Define a clear picture and take your current employees into confidence, don't keep them guessing

    Currently NO pros. Highly avoid this company. You will not learn anything. Not add any skills. And no job guarantee.

    Cons

    High attrition going on. The longest serving employees have been thrown out. No new business coming their way. Basically wrapping up everything and looking to shut down.

    Pros

    Good learned colleagues - only during the first 2 years of my career, later almost all left

    Cons

    Hired me for software engineering, smartly put us all in maintainence work making it sound like insights group.ultimately with passing time, skill set kept growing down and we land up in this situation of being unsure of what we know in our skills.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing politics with the employees who are sincere in their work, giving unexpected hike to peers and showing that you are the best.
